Terms & Conditions
For a referral to be counted, the person you refer must sign a contract with CentralCove and have at least 6 weeks of availability in the first 3 months.
CentralCove will list the property on websites like Airbnb, HomeAway, etc. and handle all guest communication, advertisement, and operations.
The property must be fully furnished and located in an area that CentralCove services, and meets CentralCove’s eligibility criteria. CentralCove will decide if the property qualifies.
You cannot earn a reward for referring your own home or any other property you own.
Only the first person to refer a property will receive a reward.
You will receive 1000 AED on the first check-in date and the remainder after 8 weeks of successful hosting. The reward will be sent to the bank account you choose.
Any disputes about this referral program will be handled by the courts..
