Property Management Support FAQs

When do I get paid and do I get a statement?

On or around the 5th day of each month, our system automatically updates the owner app with the monthly statement, detailing all reservations and payout information from the previous month. Additionally, owners can expect to receive their payouts before the 10th of the same month. Our streamlined process ensures timely and accurate reporting for property owners.

Can I book my own property?

Certainly! As an owner, you can use the app to book your own stay, subject to availability on the calendar. This feature provides flexibility and convenience to owners to enjoy their property while also ensuring it remains available for guests.
