Cleaning Services and Maintenance FAQs
Guests always pay for cleaning, and owners only pay if they stay at the property. Maintenance is the responsibility of the owner and is paid for accordingly, except in cases where damage is caused by guests or Central Cove staff.
At Central Cove, we operate separate Cleaning and Maintenance companies to ensure top-notch quality. Both companies are fully licensed, and our expert staff is trained in the Central Cove way. We avoid outsourcing any cleaning and limit outsourcing of specialized maintenance jobs, with teams specifically trained for their roles.
Accidents happen, but at Central Cove, we take responsibility. If any of our staff accidentally breaks something during cleaning, we’ll fix or replace it at no charge to the owner.
We understand the urgency of maintenance issues and aim to solve them quickly. Our main Dubai team is available for call-outs at all times, and we aim to fix everything within 24 hours. Major issues may take longer if we need to wait for parts, but we keep our guests and owners informed at all times.
At Central Cove, we prefer to handle maintenance ourselves to avoid delays and ensure timely and effective solutions. Third-party maintenance can be difficult to organize on an urgent basis, leading to unhappy guests and potential refunds. Our own teams allow us to control the timing and quality of maintenance work.
Basic cleaning tools like a vacuum and mop are mandatory during on-boarding, but our Central Cove cleaning team provides ongoing cleaning supplies. You can rely on us to keep your property spotless and well-stocked for guests.
