Guests always pay for cleaning, and owners only pay if they stay at the property. Maintenance is the responsibility of the owner and is paid for accordingly, except in cases where damage is caused by guests or Central Cove staff.

Are your Cleaning and Maintenance teams qualified?

At Central Cove, we operate separate Cleaning and Maintenance companies to ensure top-notch quality. Both companies are fully licensed, and our expert staff is trained in the Central Cove way. We avoid outsourcing any cleaning and limit outsourcing of specialized maintenance jobs, with teams specifically trained for their roles.

What if something gets broken when my home is being cleaned?

Accidents happen, but at Central Cove, we take responsibility. If any of our staff accidentally breaks something during cleaning, we’ll fix or replace it at no charge to the owner.

How quickly will issues be sorted?

We understand the urgency of maintenance issues and aim to solve them quickly. Our main Dubai team is available for call-outs at all times, and we aim to fix everything within 24 hours.
